Dinner I fixed at the Wisconsin cabin this week – Turkey burger, with grilled portobello, red pepper and egg-plant, topped with aioli. And my brother in law who is also taking pics of it with his ‘food setting’ on his camera…Lovely.
Oh my! That looks simply scrumptious! I could sink my teeth into that beauty without a moment’s hesitation. WIsh I could judt reach into the screen and grab a hold of it! I’ve been cooking with ground turkey myself lately and I do like it. In fact, I think I’ll go and pick some up today. Thanks, Gabi!
This burger should have been in the current special Hamburger issue of Saveur Magazine! I am not kidding.
About the sugar in the recipes – I couldn’t agree with you more!
Sam!
Thanks a lot for the comment! It was really superb! I had doubts as I NEVER had Turkey Burger before. But I am telling you – it was a hit! The grilled portobello mushroom in there was wicked awesome as well!
Cynthia:
Hahahaha – in fact to be honest, I got some inspiration from the latest ‘Bon Appetit’ magazine. Thanks for the comment!
That looks so huge and yummy! Hope you had a great time at the dinner table.
